Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for One-on-One Meetings with the CEO: We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your one-on-one meeting with our CEO. To ensure a smooth and productive scheduling process, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Notice Period: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your meeting. This allows us to adjust the CEO's schedule accordingly and offer the time slot to someone else if possible. 2. Communication Channel: All cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated directly to the CEO's executive assistant or the designated point of contact. This can be done via email or phone, as per the instructions provided. 3. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can occur, and we will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis. If an unforeseen circumstance arises within the 24-hour notice period, please contact the designated point of contact as soon as possible to discuss the situation. 4. Repeat Offenders: Consistent cancellations or rescheduling without sufficient notice may result in a review of the individual's future meeting requests. We kindly request that you respect the CEO's time and prioritize your commitments accordingly. 5. Rescheduling Opportunities: In the event of a cancellation, we will try to find a suitable alternative time slot for your meeting. Our goal is to accommodate your request and ensure that you still have the opportunity to meet with the CEO. By adhering to this cancellation policy, we can ensure that the CEO's schedule remains organized and that all meeting opportunities are efficiently managed.
